There are 25 community family planning, sexual health and well woman clinics around the city. Phone 0141 211 8130 for your nearest clinic.

The Genitourinary Medicine (GUM) & Sexual Health Services

Opening Hours:

Provides information, advice and medical services on all sexually transmitted infections (inc. HIV) and related issues. Counselling services with health advisers for women and men who have been sexually assaulted or abused.

Health advisers provide a sensitive and supportive service for women (and men) survivors of sexual assault or sexual abuse who wish to be screened for sexual infections.

Crisis counselling is also available; advocacy in accessing other services within the Sandyford Initiative and beyond; reliable and timely testing for sexual infections including HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis; antibiotic prophylaxis and Hep B vaccinations where appropriate.
