Seeking legal advice

One of the main aims of The Glasgow Violence Against Women Partnership is ‘to ensure improved protection for women and their children’. We want to identify barriers facing women seeking protection, we aim to improve provision of information on legal rights and protection, and will work towards improving the understanding of the links between violence against women and child protection.
