Women's Aid in Scotland is an all woman network of 39 (April 2001) affiliated local Women's Aid groups and their national office. In Glasgow there are four affiliated groups - Drumchapel Women's Aid, Hemat Gryffe Women's Aid, Glasgow Women's Aid and Greater Easterhouse Women's Aid. We are a confidential organisation which provides information, support and safe refuge for women, children and young people who are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse.
- Provide leaflets and posters
- Provide training and consultation tailored to your organisation's needs
- Provide speakers for conferences and seminars
- Provide information about domestic abuse
- Provide support to help set up new groups
- Tell women, children and young people about Women's Aid
- Give a donation: we need to fundraise to survive
- Challenge attitudes: noone deserves to be abused
- Display our posters and leaflets
- Support your local Women's Aid group
