The Violence Against Deaf Women Group and Wise Women have developed and produced a pack for Deaf Women which is written in a format most British Sign Language users will find accessible. The Pack contains 6 leaflets, each focussing on a different aspect of Violence Against Women including:
Each leaflet gives information on issue i.e. what it is, who it happens to and what to do if it is happening to you or someone you know.
Information on accessible services in Glasgow for Deaf Women, how to contact them, booking interpreters and if organisations have Deaf Aware staff are also in the Pack.
